Overview
This simple itinerary enables you to explore the volcanic island of Ometepe in Lake Nicaragua and snorkel the Caribbean reefs of the Corn Islands.
After a night in Managua on arrival, you then travel to Ometepe Island, located in Lake Nicaragua for three nights. This incredible island is known for its two incredible volcanoes that can be climbed, but it also offers great opportunities for nature and wildlife adventures.
You then will stop for a night in the colonial town of Granada, located on the shores of the lake. Take the opportunity to stroll around the streets, discover the many cafes, restaurants and colourful churches or climb the Bell Tower to enjoy a 360 view of the town with Ometepe's volcanoes as the backdrop.
You will finish your holiday on Little Corn Island, located 80km off the mainland in the Caribbean Sea. After a short flight and boat transfer, you can enjoy this idyllic island which is a paradise for snorkellers and divers, or just relax on the beach.
Hotels and transfers are included, we can suggest excursions for additional cost, or you can decide your pace once in Nicaragua. This holiday is flexible, you can change an extend to suit your interests and timings, your holiday your way.

Day 1
Arrive in Managua Airport and transfer to the city. Overnight Elements Boutique Hotel.
Day 2
Today you will transfer to the town of San Jorge on the shores of Lake Nicaragua, before embarking on a ferry to Ometepe Island. Overnight Finca San Juan de La Isla (B)
Day 3
Day at leisure. Hike Concepcion or Maderas volcano, visit a waterfall or a natural reserve, swim in a natural spring, kayak on the shores of the island or discover a coffee farm. Overnight Finca San Juan de La Isla (B)

Day 5
Today you will transfer to the colonial town of Granada. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight Hotel Plaza Colon (B)
Day 6
Transfer to Managua and fly to Little Corn Island, the smaller of the two islands located 81 kms from the mainland. Relax and enjoy exploring this tiny island where there are no cars or motorcycles. Overnight Yemaya Reefs (B).
Day 7
Day at leisure. Snorkel from the beaches or take a guided snorkel or dive trip with one of the local operators. Overnight Yemaya Reefs (B).
